‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ season 1 was premiered on 12^th, October 2007. It’s a teen fantasy sitcom created by Todd J. Greenwald. He is also the executive producer in association with Peter Murrieta, Vince Cheung and Ben Montanio. ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ seasons spot Russo family which possess magical powers. There are five members in family whose head is Jerry, a former wizard married to an American-Mexican wife, Theresa. They have three children, Justin, Alex and Max. Alex is younger sister of Justin but older to Max. None of the children is permitted to use their powers freely and only one of them will be allowed to keep the magical powers in future. The decision that who will be given the powers has to be decided in a competition between them. Whosoever wins, will have the rights over the powers. Some episodes have been successful in breaking the records for the largest viewer ship with total of more than 4.5 million people in the 7p.m. time period on Disney channel.
